CNC bediener / plaatbewerker m/v

 Als CNC-machinebediener ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van één of meerdere CNC-machines (Lasersnijmachine en plaatbewerkingsmachines).

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de stukken die je aflevert en doet na productie de nodige metingen om deze te garanderen.
Profiel

A2 technische richting (metaal, mechanica,...)

Ervaring in gelijkaardige functie is pluspunt

Je bent technisch onderlegd en communicatief vaardig

Je houdt van uitdagingen

Je hebt zin voor afwerking en oog voor detail

Je kan planlezen

CNC Lathe Machinist

 Setup and run CNC Lathe machine with Fanuc controls machining a variety of materials

Machining approximately lots from two to ten parts
Working with materials such as: carbon steel, aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, plastics
Programming experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

Previous CNC lathe experience
Programming would be a plus but is not required
Good attention to detail

Hours are:

Monday through Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
Overtime as needed

Salary is up to $38.00 an hour

CNC Set Up Machinist

Our growing machining client located in Groveland, MA is seeking a bright CNC Set Up Machinist.

This family friendly shop offers a competitive salary and attractive benefits package.

This is a direct hire opportunity.

Days : 4-day work week Monday – Thursday with flexible hours 

Hours :6am-2:30, 7am-3:30, 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm

 

• Experience with operating and setting CNC Machines
• Should have experience with MasterCAM programming or similiar programs such as GibbsCAM, EdgeCAM, BobCAD, etc.
• Ideally candidate would grow into a “Milling Cell Leader” type of role that can eventually guide/lead/manage the efforts of a group of (5) vertical CNC mills.  
• Candidate would need to program and set up the machines, and then guide operators on how to perform the required steps to keep them operating and producing parts.  
• The programming is typically only 3-axis work.
